Endoscopy Medical Device
In late 1995 a leading world wide supplier of medical device products decided to market a new Endoscopy Medical Device in the United States. After considering several potential FDA certified medical device manufacturers they selected CES.

The new product utilizes a standard IBM, HP or Lenovo computer to house all the specialized electronics required for the endoscopy application. The system includes a proprietary high resolution digital image capture board, custom software, as well as communication, display, and printing hardware. The software and hardware items vary depending upon the eleven specific endoscopy applications being served. The product offering is available in a stand alone or network configuration. The server based systems include RAID and backup security options.

CES responsibilities include:
• Stock procurement
• Product assembly and test
• Maintain finished product inventory
• Generate and maintain FDA compliance records
• Delivery and optional installation support

The initial production requirement was for twenty five systems per month. We are currently delivering on average ninety system per month. We have on occasion delivered as many as fifteen systems per day to satisfy peak client requirements. We currently maintain an inventory of over $400,000 in critical material to insure there is no disruption in finished product availability.
