Frequently Asked Questions

“Independent Business Partner” is mentioned several times in your literature, can you please explain the relationship.

The best way to understand the relationship is to consider the two segments of the statement separately. “Independent” simply means that the only obligations either party has are specifically spelled out in the purchase order or contract both parties have mutually agreed and committed to. “Business Partner” reflects the belief that it is in the best interest of both parties to work together for the common good. CES recognizes that their success can best be achieved by doing all that it can to further the success of its client. The same is true for the client, since they are making CES a part of their product delivery plan.

“Client Branding” what is that exactly ?
CES will apply client ID labels, serial number plates, and any other material requested by the client to identify the product. No CES identification will be supplied to the client’s end user, unless CES is specifically requested to do so by the client. In addition, packing slips and shipping labels will only carry the clients ID information.

“Product Stocking” what does that include?
CES will maintain a 30 day supply of the completed product in its inventory so that next day delivery of the medical device can be offered by the client to their end users.

Can CES ship outside the United States?
Yes, however installation support is not currently available outside the United States and Canada. The same limitation is true for on site repairs. The medical device product would have to be returned to us for repair if the end user is located outside the United States or Canada.

Confidentiality is a major concern to us, what are your normal practices?
We take our responsibility to maintain confidentially seriously. All employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement with us as a condition of employment. A separate database is maintained for information relating to each individual medical device client. When a relationship ends, all records are turned over to the client, except for those records we are required to maintain by the FDA.
